No cookies, no trackers
The site sets no cookies and uses no tracker or third-party service: no external analytics tool, no font or map loaded from another domain, no video played before you click. This is why no consent banner is shown to you.
Audience measurement
The traffic of the site is measured from the logs of the hosting server (OVH statistics), without any cookie or script in your browser. These logs, which contain the IP address and the page viewed, are kept by the host for the legal period and then deleted.
The contact form
When you write to us from the “Apply” page, we receive your name, your e-mail address, your organisation and your message. This data is used only to reply to you. It is kept in the site’s administration for 12 months at most, then deleted. It is not passed on to any third party.
The form is protected against automated submissions without any third-party service: no data is sent to a provider for this protection.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to: dpo@toulonlaseyne-ports.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
